Kアプローチの整体で毎日を快適に！GWみなさまいかがお過ごしでしたか？私は5日こどもの日に三重県鈴鹿市で行われた国際ボランティア団体COSMOSが主催するアフリカの田んぼ・田植えイベントに参加してきました。目的は、アフリカのマリ共和国へお米を届けるための田植えです。人口の約45%が貧困に苦しむマリにとって、この活動が少しでも役立てればとの思いで取り組んでます。

地元の杉本さんが提供した田んぼで、心温まる瞬間をたくさん経験しました。ボランティアの仲間や子供達と協力しながらの田植えは、ただの仕事ではなく、人々と心を通わせる時間でした。この活動を通じて、普段の生活では味わえない新しい視点を得たり、多くの方々と深いつながりを築くことができ、非常に充実していました。

また、当店でもこの取り組みを支えるため募金箱を設置しております。どうか皆さまの温かいご協力をお願いいたします。この活動が少しでも多くの人に届くことで、困難な状況にある人々の元へ支援が広がることを願っています。今後も感謝の気持ちと思いやりを持ちながら、さらに支援の輪を広げていければと思います。

How are you all doing in this season when the temperature changes so dramatically from day to day? Recently, I participated in the African Rice Field and Rice Planting Event organized by the international volunteer group COSMOS in Suzuka City, Mie Prefecture. The purpose was to plant rice that will be delivered to Mali, Africa. With about 45% of Mali's population suffering from poverty, I have been involved in this activity with the hope that it may be of some help.

I experienced many heartwarming moments in the rice field provided by Mr. Sugimoto, a local resident. Planting rice together with fellow volunteers was not just work, but a time to connect with others on a personal level. Through this activity, I was able to gain new perspectives that I don't get in daily life, and build deep connections with many people, making it a very fulfilling experience.

In addition, our shop has set up a donation box to support this initiative. We kindly ask for your warm support. We hope that as this activity reaches more people, the support will spread to those who are in difficult circumstances. Moving forward, we will continue to expand the circle of support with gratitude and compassion.
